As part of the planned Government re-structure and overall improvements to Bobalania planned i have put together a list of all the Departments i think we need in Bobalania, please suggest additional dept.’s if you think of any. I have also listed objectives for each dept. There will also be The House of the Interior and The House of the Exterior where issues within Bobalania will be discussed (may be called something else). There will be a section on
the forums for each department, i have also listed posts per dept. so you can get a feel of the required activity.
Please suggest changes and/or if you would be interested in a position. 
*The Prime Ministerial Office (will also contain an office for the Deputy PM)(minimum 20 posts p/w) –
• To set targets for all other departments.
• To ensure all Ministers + others are participating in discussions and are carrying out there duties properly, with a goal to complete there objectives.
• To resolve any issues within other departments and in the county in general.
• To collect monthly reports from other departments, and make sure objectives are being completed, those that are found not to be contributing to the country may be removed from there position.
• Has the power to remove any Minister of there job, within reason.
• To red-draft the Bobalanian Constitution (bill of rights).
• To get as many political parties’s set up in Bobalania as possible.
Home Office (minimum 15 posts p/w) –
• To ensure population targets are met by the immigration office, which will be set by the prime minister.
• To aid all other departments, to improve Bobalania as a whole.
• To search for ways to improve Bobalania.
• To attempt to organize various events every so often, to keep activity up in Bobalania and to organize these events in a way that Bobalanians will be and remain proud to be Bobalanian!
• To attempt to achieve targets and or goals set by the Prime Minister.
• To make sure Ministers post at least 15 times a month, check the Ministries regular and bring feedback of there progress.
• To work with the Prime Minister in all aspects.
• To make sure all Ministry positions are filled.
Foreign Office (minimum 10 posts p/w) –
• To ensure relations between Bobalania and other nations are and remain healthy and we and the other nation pay regular visits to each other.
• To make sure all enquires made by other nations regarding relations are dealt with quickly and properly.
• To improve the standard Bobalanian treaty and if you so wish write new ones.
• To visit other nations often and make sure links to other nation’s websites are working and are up to date.
• To make sure Bobalania remains active in all organizations we are apart of.
• To make sure knowledge of Bobalania is widespread through out the Macronational and Micronational world.
• To make sure Bobalania applies for as many Micronational things as possible.
Ministry of Economy & Trade (minimum 5 posts p/w)–
• To generally improve the economic infrastructure of Bobalania.
• To increase the money Bobalania makes from advertisements on our official site and other sites.
• To work with the Prime Minister to help increase money into Bobalania with also increasing money made from merchandise.
• To aid the Prime Minister on how to spend Bobalania’s money affectively.
• To manage money on the Bobalanian Forums.
• To aid other departments on how to Market Bobalania.
• To set up the Bobalanian National Bank.
• To work with the Foreign office to ensure that Bobalania’s trade with other nations is successful and always healthy.
Ministry of Culture (minimum 3 posts p/w) –
• To define some sort of culture for Bobalania.
• To make our citizens and everyone in Bobalania proud to be Bobalanian!
• To gradually develop a warm, welcoming and good feeling in Bobalania.
• To encourage citizens to be more active within Bobalania.
Ministry of Defence (minimum 5 posts p/w) –
• To generally protect everyone and everything in Bobalania.
• To actively participate in Recreational warfare on behalf of Bobalania.
• To protect Bobalania on the GSO.
• To protect Bobalania on the MCS.
• To recruit and train soldiers.
• To hand out ranks within the Ministry of Defence.
*Ministry of Design (needs extra members) (minimum 2 posts p/w) –
• To keep Bobalania looking good.
• Design new graphics for Bobalania
• To come up with new designs for our sites etc.
• Must know how to use Photoshop
*Ministry of Food (minimum 2 posts p/w) –
• To develop a savoury national dish
• To develop a sweet national dish
• To develop a drink as a national thing.
• To make sure recipes and ingredients are given out to all citizens and that they know our national dish.
Ministry of Entertainment (minimum 10 posts p/w)–
• To provide a consistent stream of Bobalanian entertainment for the citizens of Bobalania.
• To work with mayor’s and other departments to organize events.
• To work with Ministry of Immigration to build activity up through entertainment.
• To come up with new ideas for Entertainment.
Ministry of Sport (minimum 10 posts p/w) –
• To ensure everything runs smoothly within the BFA.
• To get Bobalania into as many internal and external sporting events as possible this should hopefully increase knowledge of Bobalania in the process.
• To work with the Ministry of Entertainment to provide events to entertain citizens etc.
• To help run the Bobalanian National team in all sports.
• To improve sport in Bobalania as a whole.
Ministry of Immigration (minimum 15 posts p/w) –
• To increase the number of citizens to at least 315 by May 25th 2008.
• To get at least 3 more consistently active citizens posting on the forum.
• To advertise Bobalania and there websites and forums on as many forums and traffic sites as possible.
• To increase traffic to all Bobalania’s sites.
• To generally increase knowledge of Bobalania as much as possible.
• To set up a marketing campaign for Bobalania.
*Mayors (minimum 10 posts p/w) -
• To work with the ministry of Entertainment and Sport and to organize events within there city.
• To work with the Ministry of Immigration to try to get at least 100 citizens in there city.
• To give feedback to the Prime Minister on everything happening in their city.
• To design flags, coats of arms and other graphical things for their city.
• To try to make a distinctive culture within their city.
• To make their own little ‘political party’ in case they have a contest with running for Mayor.
• To clearly state what there objectives are in there city.
• To persuade citizens of their city to help out.
• To generally improve everything about their city.
There will also eventually be a dept. for Bobilish (language).
Objectives and FAQ’s will need to be made for Police dept. & House’s of interior/exterior.
*= jobs already sorted (may need extra people though).
